Orders & Shipping
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days across India, depending on your location.
We currently ship across India only. International shipping to select countries is in progress — join our newsletter for updates on when it opens in your region.
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also reach our concierge team from the Contact page for a live update.
We begin preparing orders quickly, but if you contact us within a few hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to adjust or cancel it before it ships.
Products & Care
We favour natural, responsibly sourced materials — hand-hammered brass from Moradabad, attar distilled the traditional way in Kannauj, long-staple cotton, and natural fibres for textiles.
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the natural patina. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, which can strip the hand-finished surface. Full care instructions are included with every order.
Yes, our sizing follows standard Indian sizing charts, available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Our formulations avoid harsh synthetic additives, but everyone's skin is different. We recommend a patch test before first use, especially for fragrance oils and lepana products.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy and step-by-step process.
For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance, bath, and lepana products, along with innerwear, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Every gifting order arrives in our signature packaging at no extra cost. You can select "This is a gift" at checkout for an elevated wrap.
Yes — add your message at checkout and we'll include it as a handwritten card, with no pricing information visible to the recipient.
