How we pack, dispatch, and deliver every Anurāga order.
Processing Time
Every order is packed by hand with care. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. During festival seasons or limited-edition launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. We're actively working on international shipping to select countries — join our newsletter to be notified as soon as it becomes available in your region.

Delays & Exceptions
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll always notify you by email if we expect a delay, and our concierge team is happy to help track down a delayed parcel.
